This picture reminds me of my own father, that is why I am sharing it.  My Dad entered a picture similar to this one in the Crawford County fair and won a ribbon.  He was so proud.  I was about ten or eleven at the time.  He had a Cannon 35mm camera that he was very fond of.  I must get my love of pictures from him.  I miss him much.  He was a wonderful Dad.  Hug your Dad's  today and let them know how much you love them.  And have a very, very Happy Father's Day to all of you wonderful Dad's and Grandpa's.

Jamestown Dam.

A visit to the Jamestown Dam was very beautiful.  We walked around and got some wonderful shots.  If you are looking for a place to take some interesting pictures, the dam itself is great.  Here are a few shots that were taken in the evening hours.  We visited the park also.  There is a spot where wild daisy's are growing and I just couldn't help myself.  I took a few of them too.  There were people fishing along the shore and families enjoying the view.  What a great way to spend Father's Day tomorrow.

For anyone that is looking at my pictures, THANK YOU.  I will be posting more this week.  I am going out and about on the lake today and tomorrow and will report back at the beginning of the week.  Thanks again for checking in, and please continue to do so.  The weather in NWPA today is beautiful.  Hopefully I will get some nice pics.

Hello everyone.  This is my home.  This is where I long to be at all times.  Pymatuning Lake.  I have lived here most of my life and feel that God has truly blessed me.  Pymatuning Lake is a very majestic spot.  You can expreience the wonder of a Bald Eagle soaring over the water, or you can watch a sunset that sets your soul to fluttering.  Fishing is sometimes prosperous, sometime not, but always relaxing.  What do you think?  Do you have a place to escape like this?
